On the first of each month we run ‘Sunday Sesh’, often with music from community DJs.

Our local event is Shakedown Swing! Held in August each year, we bring international teachers to Otautahi to inspire and help grow our dancers. Check out the Shakedown page on our website, and follow Shakedown on Facebook and Instagram for updates.

West Coast Swing began in California, and has been growing in popularity worldwide for the last few decades.

Our dancers often travel to international events, and we’ve listed events New Zealanders often travel to in the calendar. These events have inspiring professional staff, phenomenal workshops, late night social dancing, a chance to meet dancers from around the world, and are a great excuse to travel.
