Shakedown Swing 2024 Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. Due to our venue having a limited capacity and us wanting as many people as possible to be able to attend Shakedown Swing 2024, we request that if you need to cancel you do this before 21 July 2024, doing so will also ensure a full refund of your registration. Refunds after 21 July 2024 will be considered on a case-by-case basis, we do not want illness to spread around the attendees and would appreciate you reaching out if you believe you are contagious.

Please review our cancellation policy carefully for further details:

1. Cancellation Deadline: The deadline for cancellations without penalty is July 21 2024. Cancellations made before this date will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after July 21 2024 unless under extenuating circumstances.
3. Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, we will review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Documentation supporting the reason for cancellation may be required.
4. Notification of Cancellation: If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible via email at code03swing@gmail.com.
5. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government mandates, all paid registrations will be offered a full refund or a transfer of registration to Shakedown Swing 2025.

By registering for Shakedown Swing 2024, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.

Photography/video Policy:

By registering for this event you agree to let Shakedown Swing (and Code 03 Swing) use your image for promotional contexts, including but not limited to website, social media, and print media. Shakedown Swing may edit the image to suit various promotional materials. Images and video taken by Shakedown Swing may be downloaded and published by other organisations.
